# Use a Custom Domain for Your CRM | NeetoCRM

Set up a custom domain for NeetoCRM links. Add a CNAME record, validate it and get auto-renewed SSL, while your default NeetoCRM link keeps working.

## Overview

NeetoCRM custom domain support lets you serve your workspace's links from your own domain. Instead of yourbusiness.neetocrm.com, links can use an address like crm.yourbusiness.com, so people who receive them see your brand in the URL.

Admins add the domain in the Admin Panel, copy the CNAME record to their DNS provider, or use an ALIAS record for a root domain, and click Validate. DNS changes can take 24 to 48 hours, and you get an email once it is active. NeetoCRM renews SSL certificates automatically. Your original NeetoCRM link keeps working alongside the custom domain, and you can remove it anytime.
