# CRM Gmail Integration and Email Sync | NeetoCRM

Connect Gmail to NeetoCRM to sync three months of email, view sent mail and drafts, share messages with your team, and link emails to leads or deals.

## Overview

The NeetoCRM Gmail integration syncs your Gmail inbox into the CRM. Connect your Google account from the admin panel, grant access, and NeetoCRM imports your last three months of email so past conversations with prospects and customers are available right away.

Once connected, the Mails section shows your synced incoming mail, sent mail, and drafts. Synced emails are private to you by default, and you can change a message's visibility to share it with teammates. You can also attach a lead or deal to a synced email so the conversation lives on the right record. If you disconnect Gmail, synced mail is hidden and then deleted after a month.
