# Knowledge Base Custom Domain | NeetoKB

Host your NeetoKB knowledge base on your own domain, like docs.yourbusiness.com. Add a CNAME record, validate it, and get auto-renewed SSL certificates.

## Overview

NeetoKB lets you host your knowledge base on a custom domain, so readers visit an address like docs.yourbusiness.com instead of a NeetoKB subdomain. Add the domain in the Admin panel, copy the CNAME record to your DNS provider, and click Validate. An ALIAS record works when a provider does not allow CNAME on the root domain.

NeetoKB emails you once the domain is validated and renews its SSL certificate automatically. Your existing NeetoKB link keeps working alongside the new one, and you can switch back to the default domain at any time. A branded domain makes your help center feel like part of your product and builds trust with customers.
