## Overview

NeetoCal lets you accept tips on appointment payments, so clients can add an optional gratuity while paying for a booking. It suits service businesses such as salons, spas, tutors, and personal trainers, where clients often want to show appreciation for good service.

Turn on Allow clients to add tip in the payment settings of a scheduling link. On the payment page, clients are asked whether they would like to add a tip and can pick 18%, 22%, or a custom percentage. The total updates instantly. If you also charge tax, you choose whether tax applies to the tip, and clients see a clear breakdown of the base amount, tip, and tax.
