# CRM Session Timeout Settings | NeetoCRM

Set a CRM session timeout in NeetoCRM. Login sessions expire after 90 days by default, and admins can set a different number of days in Security.

## Overview

NeetoCRM session timeout makes login sessions expire after a set period, so no sign-in stays valid forever. By default, a session lasts 90 days from the first login, and then the user is asked to log in again. The timeout is not based on inactivity, so daily users are also asked to sign in again when it runs out.

Admins can change the number of days from Workspace settings, under the Security card. A shorter timeout suits teams with strict security policies or shared devices, since it limits how long a lost laptop or forgotten browser session can reach your CRM data. A longer one reduces how often reps have to log in.
