Create shared sales email templates in NeetoCRM with a set subject, body and variables that fill in lead, deal or contact details when you send.

## Overview

NeetoCRM email templates let you save the subject and body of messages your sales team sends often. Templates are shared across the organization, so every rep uses the same approved wording for introductions, follow-ups, and proposals instead of rewriting them each time.

Admins add, edit, delete, and activate templates from the admin panel. When composing an email to a lead, deal, or contact, reps pick any active template and can edit it before sending to add a personal touch. Variables in the template body pull in details from the record, such as the contact's name, so each email reads as if it were written for that recipient.
