# CRM BCC Email Logging | NeetoCRM

Log emails in NeetoCRM without syncing an inbox. Every lead, deal and contact has its own BCC address, so forwarded emails land on the right record.

## Overview

NeetoCRM gives every lead, deal, and contact its own BCC email address for logging email. Add that address in BCC when you write to a customer, or forward an existing thread to it, and the message is attached to the matching record automatically.

This works without syncing any email account, so reps can keep using their usual mail client. Each record's address appears under its Mails tab and in an email widget on the page, where you can regenerate it if needed. Logged messages show on the record and in the Lead/Deal BCC Emails and Contact BCC Emails lists. Admins can turn the feature off in configuration settings.
