Get email notifications for new form submissions in NeetoForm. Choose recipients, customize the subject and message, and set a reply-to address.

## Overview

NeetoForm sends email notifications for new form submissions so you and your team know the moment someone fills out a form. Turn on Receive email notification in the form's settings and decide who should get each alert. These notifications are for your team, not the person who submitted.

Add one or more recipient addresses, or upload a CSV file to notify a longer list. Customize the subject line and message body with dynamic variables so each email shows details from the response. If your form has an email question, you can set it as the reply-to address, letting your team respond to the respondent directly from their inbox.
