NeetoForm creates a thank you page for every form, and you can customize the thank you page message respondents see after they submit. Edit the title and content, and optionally show social share icons or a link to submit another response.
You can also create multiple thank you pages and use conditional logic to decide which one appears based on each respondent's answers. Conditions are checked from top to bottom, and the primary thank you page is shown when none match.
