# Task Comments and Team Chat | NeetoPlanner

Keep project discussion in NeetoPlanner with task comments and a project chat. Tag teammates, share files and follow threaded comments with email alerts.

## Overview

NeetoPlanner lets you add task comments to record each person's point of view, and every project has a Chat tab for team conversations. In the chat you can start discussions, tag team members and keep communication organized with threaded comments, so decisions stay next to the work they relate to.

Teams use project chat to ask questions, share updates and pass along documents, images and videos from any device. Because the conversation lives inside the project, new members can catch up by reading the history instead of searching through email. Everyone on the team gets email notifications about activity, so nobody misses a question or a file that needs their attention.
