## Overview

Request a screen recording from anyone in NeetoRecord by sending a single-use link. The recipient opens it in their browser, records their screen, and submits the video straight to you. They do not need to log in or create an account. After one submission, the link expires, so the same request cannot be filled twice.

Support teams use it to ask customers to show a bug as it happens, and managers use it to have colleagues demonstrate a workflow without scheduling a call. You can add recording instructions the recipient sees before starting, a title, and a private note only you can read. NeetoRecord emails you when the video arrives and tracks pending requests in Requested recordings.
