# Tag and Organize Chat Conversations | NeetoChat

Use tags in NeetoChat to label and organize chat conversations. Create tags with descriptions and apply them from the inbox for easy grouping.

## Overview

Tags in NeetoChat are labels you attach to chat conversations to organize them. Create tags from the admin panel with a name and description, then apply them to any conversation from the right-side pane in the inbox by picking from a dropdown list.

Support teams tag conversations by topic, such as billing, bug report, or feature request, to see what customers ask about most. Tags are for internal use, so you can label chats in whatever way helps your team, like flagging high-priority accounts or conversations that need follow-up. Consistent conversation tagging makes it easier to find related chats later and to spot recurring issues.
