Mapped fields

Mapped fields store the answers customers give your NeetoChat chatbot. Every piece of user input collected in a conversation is linked to a mapped field, so the chatbot can remember what the customer said and act on it later in the same workflow.

To collect an email, for example, create an Email mapped field with a label, name, and field type. Then add a User input node to your workflow, write the message the chatbot sends first, and pick the mapped field that should hold the reply. Collected values can be inserted into chatbot API calls, letting the bot use a customer's answer to fetch or update information in your own systems.
