NeetoChat lets you send bulk messages to customers proactively from the Contacts page. Select the contacts you want to reach, choose Message users from the bulk action bar, write your message in the side pane, and send it to everyone at once with a single click.
Each message appears in the Inbox for every selected contact, just like a regular chat message, so replies come back into the same conversation. Support teams use this to announce a fix to customers who reported a bug, share planned downtime, or follow up with a group of users after an onboarding session, without opening each chat one by one.
