The NeetoChat Slack integration lets your team get new conversation alerts and chat with website visitors straight from Slack. Connect your workspace, pick a public or private channel in an automation rule, and conversation details are posted there when a visitor starts a chat.
Replies sent from the Slack thread go back to the visitor, and new messages from the same conversation stay synced in that thread. If the Slack user also exists in NeetoChat, the conversation is assigned to them. Start a message with Note: to add an internal note, which appears in NeetoChat and syncs the other way too.
