# Live Chat NeetoEngage Integration | NeetoChat

File customer feature requests in NeetoEngage from NeetoChat conversations. Start a private note with "fr" to create a request or add the customer's vote to one.

## Overview

The NeetoEngage integration adds feature requests from NeetoChat conversations to NeetoEngage, where customers vote on requests and follow your roadmap. Connect it from AI Assistant in the Admin Panel with your NeetoEngage workspace URL and an API key created in NeetoEngage.

When an agent starts a private note with fr, NeetoChat reads the conversation with the customer. If a matching feature request already exists, the customer is added as a voter. If not, a new feature request is created with the customer as a voter. The customer's name and email stay out of the public title and description and go into a private note with a link to the conversation.
