# Email Logs and Delivery Tracking | NeetoCal

Track every email NeetoCal sends. Email logs show delivery status, bounces, and spam reports, with search, filters, and a full timeline per email.

## Overview

Email logs in NeetoCal show every outbound email sent from your workspace over the last 30 days, with delivery statistics. You can search by recipient, filter by status or date, and open any email to see its full timeline, metadata, and a preview of the message.

When a client says they never got a booking confirmation or reminder, email delivery tracking tells you what happened. Each email shows a status such as queued, rate limited, dropped, handed over, delivered, bounced, marked as spam, or failed. The detail pane explains why an email was dropped or bounced, such as an invalid address or a full mailbox, so support teams can fix the problem quickly. Find it under the General card in the Admin Panel.
