## Overview

Companies in NeetoDesk group customers from the same organization, so agents can see all tickets, notes and history for an account in one place. This is built for B2B support, where one client may have many people contacting your team.

Create a company with just a name, and optionally add a description and one or more email domains. When you add a domain, anyone who writes in from a matching address is linked to that company automatically. If matching customers already exist, NeetoDesk shows how many it found and lets you add them all at once. You can also assign a customer to a company manually from their profile, with or without a domain.
