# Help Desk GitHub Integration | NeetoDesk

Turn customer tickets into GitHub issues with the NeetoDesk GitHub integration. Send one ticket or many at once so developers can track bugs and requests.

## Overview

The NeetoDesk GitHub integration links customer support tickets to GitHub issues, so bugs and feature requests reported by customers reach your developers without copy and paste. Connect it from Integrations in the Admin Panel, authorize your GitHub account, choose all or specific repositories, and select the repository where NeetoDesk should create issues.

Agents can create a GitHub issue from a single ticket with the button in the ticket's right sidebar, or select several tickets in the list and use Take Action, then Add to GitHub, to send them together. Engineering teams get customer-reported issues in the tool they already use, which makes technical problems easier to track through to resolution. One GitHub connection can serve multiple NeetoDesk workspaces.
