# Add-On Services for Paid Appointments | NeetoCal

Offer optional add-on services at booking in NeetoCal. Each extra can have its own price and duration, and totals update as clients choose.

## Overview

Add-on services in NeetoCal let you offer optional extras that clients choose when booking a meeting. A clinic offering a base consultation, for example, can add red light therapy or physiotherapy as extras. When a client picks add-ons, the meeting duration and payment amount update automatically.

Each service has a name, an optional image, a duration, and an optional price. Before choosing a time slot, clients see a Choose add-on services step listing each service with its duration and price, or Free. Available slots are calculated using the total duration, so longer bookings never overlap other meetings. You can let clients pick several services or limit them to one.

Add-ons also work on group meetings, where a paid service is charged once per spot booked. Selected services carry over when a booking is rescheduled, and refunds apply to the full amount paid. With packages, the total duration including add-ons counts against the client's remaining package time.
