# Mark Meetings as No-Show | NeetoCal

Mark bookings as a no-show in NeetoCal to track missed meetings, and send clients an automatic follow-up email when a booking is marked no-show.

## Overview

NeetoCal lets you mark a meeting as a no-show when the client does not attend. No show is one of the default meeting outcomes, so you can select it on any booking and keep an accurate record of missed appointments.

Tracking no-shows helps you see which clients miss meetings and follow up with them. You can also set up an automation that uses Marked as No-Show as its trigger, which automatically sends the client an email, for example with a link to rebook. Automation rules can also send reminder emails or SMS before meetings, which helps reduce no-shows in the first place.
