# Outlook Calendar Scheduling Integration | NeetoCal

Sync Outlook and Microsoft 365 calendars with NeetoCal to block busy, tentative, and out-of-office times so clients never double book you.

## Overview

NeetoCal's Outlook calendar integration connects your Outlook or Microsoft 365 calendar so your availability reflects what is already on it. You pick the calendar where new meetings should be added and the calendars NeetoCal should check for double booking. Clients booking through your scheduling link then only see times that are open.

You decide which Outlook statuses block time: Busy, Away or Out of office, Tentative, and Working elsewhere. Events sync through Outlook webhooks, backed by a check every three hours and a manual re-sync. For Microsoft 365 organizations that restrict third-party apps, an IT admin can approve NeetoCal in the Azure portal. You can also connect more than one calendar account.
