The Telnyx integration lets NeetoCal send SMS notifications and appointment reminders to your clients through your Telnyx account. Messages come from your own phone number, which keeps your branding consistent, and timely text reminders help reduce missed appointments.
To connect, you need a Telnyx number that can send SMS, a messaging profile using API V2, and a Telnyx API key. In NeetoCal, open Other Integrations in the Admin Panel, paste the API key and Messaging Profile ID, select your number, and verify.
After that, NeetoCal automatically texts clients when a booking is confirmed, rescheduled, canceled, approved, or rejected. Each SMS type can be switched off in Global notifications, and individual scheduling links can override those settings. Reminder texts are sent on links where SMS reminders are configured.
