NeetoCal is for reformer and mat Pilates studios, independent instructors, clinical Pilates and barre studios. It handles class booking, class packs, private sessions, payments and reminders.

It is free for every instructor.

Run each class as a group booking with one spot per reformer. Clients see how many spots are left and the class closes when it is full. Repeat it every week with recurring classes.

Sell class packs such as 5 or 10 classes paid up front, and run an intro offer for new clients with discount codes. Charge a higher price for reformer than mat with separate booking pages.

Most new clients start with a private session. Offer privates and duets with their own booking pages, prices and lengths using duration-based pricing.

An empty reformer is lost income. Take payment when clients book, through Stripe, PayPal or UPI, with 0% commission from NeetoCal. Set a cancellation policy, track no-shows and send reminders by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

Ask about injuries, pregnancy and experience with custom booking form fields, and attach a waiver with contracts, so each client gets it to sign as soon as they book.

Each instructor has their own hours and calendar. Clients can pick an instructor for privates, or let round robin assign whoever is free.

NeetoCal is free for unlimited instructors, classes and bookings, including payments, packs and reminders. The only paid option removes NeetoCal branding and adds custom CSS, at $5 per user per month or $30 per user per year. See NeetoCal pricing.

SMS reminders need your own Twilio or Telnyx account, and WhatsApp includes 100 free messages per workspace a month, with paid packs after that.

NeetoCal does not run auto-renewing memberships, a waitlist or a check-in kiosk. Many studios use NeetoCal for class and private booking, and keep a membership tool if they need one.
