NeetoCal is for life, business, executive, career, health and fitness coaches, working alone or as a coaching team. It handles discovery calls, paid sessions, packages and reminders.

It is free for every coach.

Put a short discovery call on your website with embed. Ask a few questions with custom booking form fields, and use booking approvals if you want to screen each request.

Sell 6 or 12 sessions as a coaching package. Clients pay once and book each session from their credits. Or let them book a weekly or fortnightly call with recurring sessions.

Take payment through Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay or UPI, with 0% commission from NeetoCal. Add taxes, issue refunds and run launch offers with discount codes.

Run group programs, masterminds and workshops as group bookings with a set number of spots.

Clients see times in their own time zone, and every session gets a Zoom or Google Meet link. Mark how each call went with meeting outcomes.

Use your own web address with a custom domain, add your logo, and send emails from your own domain with a custom sending domain.

Packages help clients commit and help you plan your income. Keep a single paid session as a way to try you out, then sell bundles of 5 or 10 sessions a little below your per-session rate, or a 3-month program with weekly calls. Most coaches use 4 to 12 sessions.

Name each package after the result, such as "Career change in 90 days", and offer two or three tiers. Most clients pick the middle one, so make that your main offer. Take payment up front, tell clients when the sessions must be used by, and recommend one package at the end of each discovery call.

As of November 2026, Calendly's free plan does not take payments, and its packages feature is a limited beta on paid plans. Packages on Acuity Scheduling need the Standard plan at $27 a month billed yearly, and Paperbell costs $97 a month. NeetoCal is free for unlimited coaches, booking pages and bookings, including payments and packages. The only paid option removes NeetoCal branding and adds custom CSS, at $5 per user per month or $30 per user per year. See NeetoCal pricing.

SMS reminders need your own Twilio or Telnyx account, and WhatsApp includes 100 free messages per workspace a month, with paid packs after that.

NeetoCal does not host courses, client portals or community spaces. Use it for booking and payments next to your course platform.
