NeetoCal is for therapists, counselors and psychologists in private practice, and for group practices with many therapists. It handles the business side of a session: booking, payment, intake questions and reminders, so you spend less time on admin and more time with clients.

Share one link on your website, Psychology Today profile or email signature. Clients see your open times in their own time zone and pick a slot. NeetoCal checks your Google, Outlook or iCloud calendar, so you are never double-booked.

Protect your day with buffer time between sessions for notes, a minimum notice before bookings, and a daily limit on sessions.

Most therapy is ongoing. With recurring meetings a client keeps the same time every week or every other week. For paid sessions, NeetoCal can charge automatically before each session, or you can take the full amount up front.

Add your own questions to the booking form, such as what brings them to therapy, preferred contact method or how they heard about you. Use custom booking form fields, and host-only questions for details only you should see.

Need a signed agreement first? With contracts, clients sign your consent or practice policy before the booking is confirmed.

Ask for payment when a session is booked, so you don't chase invoices later. NeetoCal works with Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay and UPI, and takes 0% commission.

Sell session packages, offer a reduced fee with discount codes, or price sessions by length with duration-based pricing.

Set a cancellation policy with a notice period, and refund on time with automatic refunds. Track repeat no-shows.

Send email reminders, and SMS reminders through your own Twilio or Telnyx account. You write the text, so you can keep reminders neutral, for example "Your appointment is on Tuesday at 3 pm", with no details about the session.

Each booking can add a Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Whereby or Jitsi link automatically. You can also offer in-person sessions at your office or phone sessions.

A short routing form can send a client asking about couples work to a couples therapist, and a teenager's parent to a child specialist. Round robin spreads new clients across therapists who are free. Every therapist is free to add.

An intro page works as a one-page website: who you are, how you work, your fees and a book button. Use your own web address with a custom domain, or embed your booking page on the site you already have.

NeetoCal is a booking tool, not a medical records system. Neeto does not sign HIPAA business associate agreements (BAAs) today. If your practice is in the US and covered by HIPAA, check with your compliance advisor before using any booking tool without a BAA.

Many therapists outside the US, and coaches and counselors who don't bill insurance, use NeetoCal for booking. Keep clinical notes in your notes or EHR system, and keep booking questions to what you need to schedule. To keep personal data out of links, use secure prefill tokens.

NeetoCal does not keep clinical notes, treatment plans or diagnoses, and it does not handle insurance claims or insurance billing. Many therapists pair NeetoCal with the notes and billing system they already use.
