A routing form asks about budget, company size or project type before showing times, and sends each lead to the right consultant. Block personal email addresses with business email only.

Clients pay through Stripe, PayPal, ACH or UPI when they book, with 0% commission from NeetoCal. Add taxes and issue refunds when needed.

Sell a block of sessions as a package, or book a standing weekly call with recurring meetings.

Attach your engagement letter or NDA with contracts, and clients get it to sign as soon as they book. Ask for the project brief with custom booking form fields.

Book several consultants at once with multi-host meetings. Send bookings to NeetoCRM, Google Sheets, Zapier or webhooks.

1. Create two booking pages: a free 15-minute intro call and a paid strategy session. Add a daily limit, such as three intro calls a day, so free calls don't fill your week.

2. Connect Stripe or PayPal, set a price, add sales tax, VAT or GST if you need it, and set refund rules based on how early the client cancels.

3. Add intake questions and your engagement letter or NDA, so it is signed before the call.

4. Protect your time with buffer time, a minimum notice, and reminders by email and SMS a day and an hour before.

5. Put your links on one intro page and share it on your website, LinkedIn and email signature.

As of November 2026, Calendly's free plan does not take payments and paid plans start at $10 per seat a month billed yearly. NeetoCal is free for unlimited consultants, booking pages and bookings, including payments and routing forms. The only paid option removes NeetoCal branding and adds custom CSS, at $5 per user per month or $30 per user per year. See NeetoCal pricing.

SMS reminders need your own Twilio or Telnyx account, and WhatsApp includes 100 free messages per workspace a month, with paid packs after that.

NeetoCal does not track billable hours, send invoices or manage projects. Use it to book and get paid for calls.
