NeetoCal is for dance studios and schools teaching ballet, salsa, hip hop, ballroom, contemporary, tap or Bollywood, independent dance teachers, and wedding dance coaches. It handles class booking, class cards, private lessons, payments and reminders.

It is free for every teacher.

Run each class as a group booking with a set number of spots that fits your floor. Dancers see how many spots are left, and the class closes when it is full. Set it once as a recurring class and it repeats every week.

Sell a single drop-in or a class card of 5, 10 or 20 classes paid up front. Each booking uses one credit. Offer a free trial class to new dancers with discount codes.

Students book private lessons with their own teacher, and couples book wedding dance lessons together. Price 30 and 60-minute lessons differently with duration-based pricing, and sell a block of lessons for a first dance as a package.

Let families book a whole term of weekly classes in one go and pay for the series up front. Run one-off workshops and summer intensives as group bookings with their own price and spots. Close the studio for school holidays with holiday settings.

Parents book and pay for their kids. Ask for the dancer's name, age and level with custom booking form fields, and have parents sign your studio policy or waiver with contracts right after booking.

Each teacher has their own hours and calendar. Students can pick a teacher for private lessons, or round robin assigns whoever is free. Add buffer time between classes so the next group can warm up.

Take payment when dancers book, through Stripe, PayPal or UPI, with 0% commission from NeetoCal. Set a cancellation policy and send reminders by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

Stream a class or teach private lessons online with a Zoom or Google Meet link added to each booking automatically.

NeetoCal is free for unlimited teachers, classes and bookings, including payments, class cards and reminders. The only paid option removes NeetoCal branding and adds custom CSS, at $5 per user per month or $30 per user per year. See NeetoCal pricing.

SMS reminders need your own Twilio or Telnyx account, and WhatsApp includes 100 free messages per workspace a month, with paid packs after that.

NeetoCal books classes and lessons. It does not run monthly tuition with auto-renewal, track attendance, manage recital costumes or sell tickets. Many studios use NeetoCal for booking next to their billing tool.
