Use duration-based pricing for 30, 60 and 90-minute treatments, and add-on services for extras such as a scalp massage or an LED mask. Guests can leave a tip when they pay.

Take a deposit or the full price through Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, with 0% commission from NeetoCal. Set a cancellation policy, issue refunds and track no-shows.

Sell a course of treatments, such as 6 facials, as a package paid up front. Run seasonal offers with discount codes.

Book two therapists at once for a couples massage with multi-host bookings, or run a spa day for a group with group bookings.

Ask about skin type, allergies, medication and pregnancy with custom booking form fields. For med spa treatments, require a consultation first with booking approvals, and have guests sign a consent form with contracts.

Add buffer time to reset the room between guests, and a minimum notice for treatments that need preparation.

NeetoCal is a booking tool. It does not sell gift cards, track retail stock or book rooms and equipment on their own. Many spas use NeetoCal for booking and keep their till for retail.
